Internet Outage
We had a 4-hour intermittent outage starting at 4:10pm today. We tracked the trouble to some equipment belonging to ACS, our upstream Internet provider.
Fax-to-email-to-text
For those having to deal with folks stuck in the dark ages, so to speak, who can't email but can fax, we currently offer fax-to-email numbers. Here's another trick to try.
Upload your received fax (PDF) to Google Docs to have it attempt to convert it back to text.
